The Disability Team in particular can offer support and advice to students with mental health conditions with a range of support that is available without the need for funding, such as modified exam arrangements, extended library loan facilities and advice and guidance to you and your department about the impact of your disability on various study tasks and how to accommodate this. To access a range of other support services, such as strategy support tutors and/or specialist mentors (who can help you to stay on track with academic work, organise your studies and help you settle in to University life),  you will need to apply for additional funding, but we can give advice on this as well. Registering with the Disability Team as soon as possible and making an appointment with the Disability Co-ordinator with responsibility for supporting students with mental health conditions, is the first step to providing you with the support you may need.
