When we feel low it can be daunting to ask for help but try to talk to someone you trust, such as a good friend or a tutor. There are many services who are about to offer support or advice. This site is not able to provide medical advice or a diagnosis. It is meant to help you understand more about mental well-being and what to do to keep yourselves and your friends feeling well. It is not a replacement for seeking help if it is needed. |
